Pro Sound Dj's

Entertainment Contract

This contract is a binding agreement between Pro Sound Dj's and ______________________ to provide Disc Jockey entertainment on the following date: ______/______/________ at the following location: ______________ at the following time: __:__ to __:__. Pro Sound Dj's will receive a retainer before the event in the amount of $__________. If the booking party cancels the event for any reason, Pro Sound Dj's will retain the deposit made by the booking party. If Pro Sound Dj's do not fulfill their contractual obligation for any reason the deposit amount will be refunded in full to the booking party. (Pro Sound Dj's has never missed a gig, ever!)

The remaining balance due $_____ must be paid in full the night of the event before Pro Sound Dj's will perform. Pro Sound Dj's will accept cash or check with checks made out to: Scott Hill or Jim Larscheid. (DO NOT MAKE CHECKS OUT TO PRO SOUND DJ'S!!!!!!!)
